Randy served as Senior Minister and lead communicator at Journey Church beginning in 1997. Now, he serves in a Pastoral Care ministry role. His two biggest passions are his family and the people God has called him to love and shepherd. When he’s not making house calls, hospital visits or writing sermons, Randy enjoys carpentry, woodworking and working on his farm. He and his wife Lori have four adult children Kiel, Lindsay, Brianne and Lora.

As the Connections and Outreach Pastor, Eric takes time to build relationships in our church family and people in our community and around the world. Eric and his wife Molly have three beautiful children, Henry, Lucy and Alex. When he’s not working on recruiting volunteers, casting vision, and training leaders, most nights he can be found at home spending time with his family. He also loves sports and is a die-hard UK fan!

As Administrative Director, Tammy serves as the steady glue behind the scenes, coordinating meals, managing HR support, and keeping the office running with excellence. She is the proud mom of her teenage son, Camden, and together they love to travel and explore new places. They also cherish every opportunity to honor the legacy of her late husband and Camden’s father, Chris, who continues to inspire their journey.

As the Worship Pastor, Dan is charged with leading the creative teams within the worship ministry and coordinating our worship services. Dan has a passion for seeing people engage with Jesus in powerful ways that transform their lives and the lives of those around them. When he’s not working on a creative project, Dan enjoys woodworking, researching his next pedalboard purchase, but most of all spending time with His wife Leanne and their three kids, Boston, Micah, and Ari.

In 2014, Tony left the private sector where he worked for 25 years as an architect to accept the position of Discipleship Minister here at Journey Church. As an elder in our church for many years, God used Tony’s leadership and passion for helping people grow and become more like Jesus to ultimately call him into full time ministry. He and his wife Chris have a son named Jacob. In his free time Tony enjoys camping, fishing, and model aviation.

David and his family have been members since 1994, and he has served the church almost that long on the grounds and worship ministry teams. In December 2022, he accepted the position of
Facilities Manager, which includes maintaining the buildings and grounds of our 20 acre campus. David’s passion is involving others in service as we live out one of our mottos: “Saved People Serve People.” He is very committed to connecting volunteers to different areas of need based on their skills and abilities. David and his wife, Gina, have four grown children, Nathan, Drew, Sarah (daughter-in-love), and Hannah, and his greatest joy is spending time with them.

Jonathan is passionate about leading teenagers into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Jonathan is married to Morgan and he loves spending time with her. Jonathan received his bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky and is excited to use those leadership skills to develop our youth. In his free time he is also passionate about music and disc golf. He enjoys playing piano, guitar, singing, and pretending like he can throw discs into chains.
